  • Basic citations are available on all plans in the source panel

OCR not working on scanned documents

  • OCR is a Pro-only feature
  • Ensure scanned images are clear and high-resolution
  • Processing may take 1-2 minutes for large documents
  • Handwritten text works best when clearly written in print style

Answers seem inaccurate

  • Always verify answers using citations
  • Try rephrasing your question more specifically
  • Ensure the information exists in your uploaded documents
  • Check that the correct documents are selected for the query
